MARVELLOUS ME UPDATE

You may be having an issue clearing your notification counter on MarvellousMe. This is related to a recent improvement made with the Memory Book feature. 

MME are working hard to fix this and hope to have an update out imminently. Everything else is working as normal, we are just aware the tally might cause some confusion.

If you are experiencing difficulties, please:

  • have the latest version of the Parent app installed
  • check in app settings the 'device alerts' toggle is on and
  • switch on email alerts as a backup.

To clear the notifications counter, as a workaround, tap on the next notification pop-up you receive from MarvellousMe. This will open the app and automatically clear the counter. NB The counter will not clear if you open the app through the normal app icon.
